The Calvert Corporate Response to Katrina

Calvert has actively encouraged our employees to help out in this time of need. 

Specifically, we have:

Increased Matching Donations
We have increased the limit for corporate matching of employee donations from $100 to $200 for contributions to Hurricane Katrina disaster relief efforts.  We have also lifted limitations based on prior giving in 2005.

Encouraged Community Involvement Leave
Calvert regularly allows employees to take one day per month for community leave.  Given this crisis, Calvert has allowed employees to take 5 days of unused community involvement leave at once to support Katrina relief efforts.

Supported Adopt-A-Family
Calvert is supporting an Adopt-A-Family program established to provide assistance to displaced employees of our parent company, AmeritasAcacia, and their families.
